In class we have been editing photos in Photoshop with masking and cutting tools. This is completely new to me, as I have never really worked with Photoshop before this class and I am evidently behind everyone else. This has however brought my attention to the possibility of Photoshop. Even if I'm not working in game design, I can still use the program for many things I am decent at, such as photography. I have learned how to cut things precisely and how to mask off things I don't want to see which could really come in handy when taking photos and editing them. Even if I do not continue with this game design class, I can still use this in my other pathways and maybe even be ahead of my colleges. In the meantime, I'm still in game design and I'm still behind but at least I'm in a class where I am learning.

As we have been studying colors, it reminded me of the cheesy mood rings you'd get as a kid. As it has been proved that the color is changed by temperature and not mood, it made me think about colors being matched to weather and temperature.
